Making sushi is about so much more than just actually just making your roll. In our class, you learn how to:
Basic Class
You will learn to make the 4 traditional ways of preparing sushi and sashimi.
Advance Class
In advanced classes, you learn the 4 traditional rolls (as in the basic class above) along with sushi tacos, burritos, sushi sliders, and other creative ways of creating sushi dishes. Using your 2nd mat, you will learn the art of decorating the tops of your sushi. The class also includes vegetable decoration skills and recipes for sauces and sticky rice. Class includes an 8 1/4 inch Japanese sushi knife, 2 rolling mats( 2nd mat used to top your rolls), a sushi prep pad, and crafted Japanese chopsticks.
Sushi Appetizers- learn to make Crab Rangoon, Poke'', Dumplings, Egg Rolls, and more.
Seasonal Seafood- prepare and then cook locally caught fresh seafood
Homemade Cordial Gifts- learn to make a variety of your favorite cordials like Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlua Coffee Liqueur, and Grand Marnier French Cognac, then bottled in an 8oz glass flask used as gifts for your friends and family.
Healthy Living- we take your culinary favorites and create recipes you'll cook and a recipe book to take home and continue your quest for healthy living.
Vegetable- vegetable dishes made with locally grown produce
Tapas International- small appetizer classes using recipes from a country of your choice
South American- a culinary diversity create from Indigenous and European influences
Oceania Cuisine- tasteful dishes from islands of the South Pacific region
Pizza Parlor-once you make the dough, you'll learn to make pizza, garlic nuts, Calzones, Stromboli, and sauce
German Cheesecake- learn the art of making cheesecakes from a traditional family recipe perfected over generations
Sauces and Glazes- you learn simple recipes to make your own healthy, internationally recognized sauces, glazes, and more.
Condiments- make some of your favorite brand-name condiments without using preservatives and imitation ingredients
Birthday Party- your child can choose what candies, ice cream, or cakes they want to make and serve on their big day
Mushroom University- learn about and cook a large variety of locally grown mushrooms. Learn about Blue, Pink, a Golden Oyster mushrooms. Prepare other varieties like Lions Mane, Chanterelles, Chestnut, and King Trumpet
